Guys please help me, I’m desperate
Quote from Tlulla26 on April 3, 2021, 9:02 pmHi you guys.
I’m sorry if this is too much information but I just really need some help. After a night out with my boyfriend, we decided to come back to the hotel and have sex. I had had a fair amount of alcohol through the night and even though I really wanted to have sex... I just couldn’t get wet. This has been freaking me out. Can someone please tell me if this is possible? Is this normal or am I actually gay? This is the first time this has happened to me and I’m so so so scared. I don’t know what to do. Someone please help me.

I was hoping someone else would answer your plea for help but since no one did I thought I would try to offer some encouragement as you sound quite desperate.
This is not a type of OCD that I am familiar with, however I am certainly familiar with OCD and that's what your situation sounds like to me. OCD attaches to our fears about anything. Let OCD say whatever it wants to but try to disregard it and not power up your thoughts by ruminating on them. If you do that the anxiety will slowly decrease. Maybe even now after several hours you may realize that it was all OCD and you are less anxious.

Quote from Tlulla26 on April 4, 2021, 9:45 pmHi. Thank you for your response.
I was told that sometimes when you’ve had a long day and if you’ve also had alcohol, it gets difficult to get aroused. I’m guessing that’s what it was because I was out and about the whole day and had quite a bit to drink.
Anyway. Thank you for responding and helping me out.
