EVERYTHING PERFECT

Since I can recall I have had PERFECT OCD! Meaning everything had to be JUST RIGHT! Nothing could have a minor flaw, scratch oe be NOT what I deemed perfect. It has become better as I have become older but the waste of time researching, returning items to stores and constant perfectionism has always been draining!

Try to do something a little wrong. For example, if you have a painting on the wall, try to move it a little. Try it to not be perfect, just a little moved. That is just an example. You may try any other thing that you are making just perfect, do a little imperfect. It will cost you many stress and anxety. But it is fine and normal. Eventually the anxiety must go down. And you will know that you won a little battle with OCD. Then you may step forward and do another thing a little imperfect. In some period of time you will realise that you dont have to do everything just so perfect. Humans are imperfect and that is fine

ive lost many battles against ocd, but i refuse to be defeated in the war. ocd, u may have won the battles, but the war isnt over. perfection ocd it is annoying realizing nothing is perfect in life tbh and that my ocd is more just right feeling and the checking it hurts with the messaging on fb and being openminded its like ocd its a curse and a gift from heaven above. 6048392218
