Hey. Yes, ruminating is definitely a compulsion. I've also had some backward steps this week, right up to this morning. Partly due to PMS hormones making it harder to delay or resist. But I'm trying to get my numbers low today at least. Good luck with your numbers!

Yess as far as I now rumination is a compulsion. But 20 minutes is nice man, way to go!! I ruminated about 80 minutes yesterday managed to get it down to 50 today, I really did my best today and pushed trough, to anyone reading this don’t get discouraged by how hard it is we all have the power to improve. I heard this and it really motivated me the only way to go trough hell is to just go through it, it will be hard but it is better than not trying. -S(because i can’t seem to log into my account)
