Rumination tracking


Two questions: 

1. If you notice your mind veers towards the OCD/OCD thoughts but you quickly refocus and direct attention back without analyzing in literally a second or two, do you count that as rumination if you find yourself continuously doing this?

2. Does anyone else do this? If so, how do you stop?  This is one of my biggest challenges right now. If I could stop doing that, I’d have it made! Lol
