need help with my ocd

so i don't know how to start but here we go, i know that what i'm doing is seeking reassurance but still i need help because i can't stop thinking about this, and maybe this happen to me because i ruminate way to much.

So what i wanna know is if this is normal, that feeling like your thoughts are real, or like is normal feeling that because is the true, or like they are valid, or these thoughts aren't "crazy", or even like they are rational, is normal what i'm thinking, that's the sensation i have, i really want to hear yes is just ocd messing with you but i'm afraid and scared that this isn't normal because i truly feel like is rational and is normal (my thoughts i mean) thank you for those who can help me 🙂

Can you elaborate a bit more what you mean? If you are asking if your ocd can make you feel like you’re thinking the thoughts are real, yes, ocd can make you feel like you think the thoughts are real even though you know deep down they aren’t.
