Checking Feelings

Unfortunately the more focus you give OCD the worse it gets. You have to STOP 'checking' testing, ruminating, stop it all. OCD knows when you 'fake' a ERP which is bringing on the thought or image- but freaking out in side!

But recently I've found out that all this is OCD's way of troubling us yet again. It wants us to check and ruminate and freak out when we don't feel instantly repulsed. I did the same thing. And if I didn't feel instantly repulsed by the thought I used to freak out. But recently I've found out that all this is OCD's way of troubling us yet again.
