It feels so real, but gotta know that that's a part of it. I have literally cried so many times because of it. It gives me stupid unwanted thoughts that aren't even true and even though I know that I'm still afraid. But I am trying to meditate everyday and whenever I get those thoughts I just do somthing, anything. Play chess or listen to a song or sing offkey. Doing something just makes me more involved in the present moment. It works for me temporarily. Maybe you can try it too.
