You are getting these images because you are scared of what they mean about you. Or what you believe they mean about you. You've marked this thought with a giant red flag so your brain is gonna send you images or situations on the general theme that you are gonna analyze. You also say you feel a tingling sensation and that it's worrying you. That is also OCD. You're analyzing what that tingling sensation means. Your previous analysis of the situation or image in your head leads you to do a compulsion which leads you to get a tingly sensation which leads you to do an analysis that then leads to another compulsion, it's a never-ending loop. You just need to become aware when the topic of your theme comes up that any thought or image or anything past that is all OCD. These thoughts and sensations mean nothing about you. You need to start disregarding these thoughts and stop ruminating. Ali has a great video on that i linked below.
